LIVE MORE FAITHFULLY FOR THE KINGDOM

Featuring theological teaching by leading evangelical scholars, the Sacred Truths Conference is for any believer who wants to know the sacred truths of our faith more deeply so that they may live more faithfully for the kingdom of God. In 2024, our theme will focus on the person and work of the Holy Spirit – as he exists in God's eternal life, and in his supernatural impact within the life of the believer.

THE PERSON AND WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

Hosted by Phoenix Seminary
The calling on a pastor is a noble task—one of divine calling (1 Timothy 3:1). We are confident that any lasting strength church leaders receive will come as God works by his Spirit through his Scripture. Christian ministry, from small group leaders to senior pastors, is best run at a marathon pace, and we commend this long sacrifice in the same direction. Following the Apostle Paul’s example, we “press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 3:14).

This fall, our inaugural theme at Sacred Task will focus on biblical truths about endurance that can be found within the book of Philippians. Service to our Lord is to be marked not only by grit but also by gospel-rooted joy.
